Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable wireless products and accessories
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits of various devices and plans
- Assist customers with retail sales transactions, including cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) operations, and upselling additional products or services
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays through merchandising and stocking efforts to enhance the shopping environment
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or scheduling appointments
- Supervise or assist in supervising team members during shifts, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service
- Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels, assisting with stock replenishment, and organizing product placement
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales or grocery store experience preferred; strong background in retail math and basic math skills required
- Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership qualities are a plus
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve a diverse customer base effectively
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and customer engagement
- Experience with POS systems, cashiering, and retail transactions necessary for smooth sales processes
- Knowledge of wireless technology products or experience in electronics retail is advantageous
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to upsell products confidently and professionally
