Job Title: Front of House Team Member
Job Summary:
We are seeking friendly and attentive Front of House Team Members to provide exceptional customer service in a lively restaurant environment. Our team members may serve as Hosts, Bussers, Servers, Bartenders, or Food Runners. The ideal candidate will focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere, maintaining cleanliness, communicating effectively with team members and guests, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and manage seating arrangements efficiently as a host.
Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
Take and deliver food and beverage orders promptly and accurately.
Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any needs or concerns.
Support team members in maintaining a fast-paced, efficient service environment.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to coordinate service.
Ensure the restaurant remains clean, organized, and welcoming throughout shifts.
Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Friendly attitude and strong work ethic.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Pay: $12.00 per hour
