Lyn's Faithful Hands is seeking dependable, detail-oriented Independent Cleaning Contractors to assist with residential cleaning services throughout the area. We are a faith-inspired cleaning company founded on the principles of Colossians 3:23, striving to serve every client with excellence, integrity, and care.
We're looking for experienced cleaners who already have their own cleaning supplies, equipment, and reliable transportation. Contractors will accept cleaning assignments based on availability and perform services independently while maintaining the high standards our clients expect.
Duties
- Perform residential cleaning services
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize living spaces
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas
- Complete deep cleans and recurring maintenance cleans
- Communicate professionally with clients
- Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled jobs
- Maintain Lyn's Faithful Hands quality standards
Requirements
- 2+ years previous residential or commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Must have your own cleaning supplies and equipment
- Reliable transportation
- Smartphone with internet access
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Ability to work independently
This position is offered as a 1099 Independent Contractor role. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, equipment, supplies, and transportation. Contractors maintain control over how services are performed while meeting client expectations and company quality standards.
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
