We are an outsourcing company that collaborates with Mobis and Glovis Alabama.
Our team is currently working on-site at Mobis and Glovis.
We are seeking a leader to assist our team supervisor in managing the team.

POSITION : SUPERVISOR
WAGE : $16.00/H ~ $20.00/H
WORKING HOURS : 12 hours / day – Saturday working may be required depending on factory conditions and this is mandatory
Shift : Day or Night

- Company Shutdowns :
* Summer Shutdown (the end of June – July, approximately 10 days)
* Winter Shutdowns (Dec 24 ~ Jan 1, approximately 9 days)
- Paid Vacation : Granted based on continued employment. Employees become eligible after completing a minimum of six months of service.
- Incentive : Attendance and returning Shutdown

RESPONSIBILITIES
· Assist the Manager and Assistant manager in managing the team.
· Manage team members' attendance and oversee them during working hours.
· Work training for new team members upon joining.
· Relay instructions from Managers and Assistant Manager to team members and monitor their execution.
· Monitor employee compliance with safety regulations.
· Step in to back up the relevant process in the event of an absence.
· Check performance of team members and report to Manager
