Position: Airsoft CQC Facility Operator
Task Force Investigation & Security LLC is a professional investigative and security agency providing reliable, lawful, and results‑driven services to attorneys, businesses, and private clients.
Our indoor airsoft training facility is a controlled, safety‑focused environment, with realistic rentals open to the public for recreational play, private events, and training scenarios. Operated by Task Force Investigation & Security LLC, the facility emphasizes professionalism, safety, customer experience, and structured gameplay. We are seeking reliable, energetic team members to help run airsoft games, enforce safety rules, and manage front desk operations.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, staying active, and maintaining a safe, fun environment. Employees will rotate between game floor operations and front desk responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Game Floor / Referee Duties
- Brief players on rules, safety procedures, and gameplay objectives
- Monitor live games to ensure safety and fair play
- Enforce protective gear and weapon safety rules at all times
- Start, stop, and manage games and scenarios
- Address player issues professionally and calmly
Front Desk Duties
- Check in players and manage waivers
- Handle payments, reservations, and basic customer questions
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby and staging area
- Assist with equipment distribution and returns
- Operate concession stand
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and authoritative when enforcing rules
- Comfortable standing and moving for 12hr days
- Dependable, punctual, and team‑oriented
- FPS video game experience
- Understanding of common weapon systems
Physical & Safety Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the facility during shifts
- Ability to react quickly to safety issues
- Willingness to strictly enforce safety rules, even when unpopular
- Ability to handle high intensity environments
Work Environment
- Indoor facility with fast‑paced activity
- Loud environments during gameplay
- Interaction with the general public, including minors (with parents/guardians present)
Scheduling & Pay
- Part‑time hours
- 24hr. Weekends required
