Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present detailed estimates and proposals.
- Explain equipment features, energy efficiency ratings, financing options, warranties, and maintenance plans.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up.
- Work closely with the installation and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from sale to completion.
- Stay current on HVAC products and industry trends
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
- Resolve customer questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Participate in ongoing sales and product training.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields
- Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Desired Skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of residential and commercial HVAC systems.
- Ability to explain technical information in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
