We're seeking Shift Leaders whose responsibilities will include:
- Oversee day-to-day operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth workflow and great customer service
- Support, guide, and motivate team members to meet performance and service standards
- Assist with training new hires and reinforcing company procedures and safety protocols
- Handle basic troubleshooting of equipment and escalate issues when needed
- Ensure the site is clean, organized, and running efficiently at all times
- Step in to assist customers and resolve minor concerns or issues on the spot
- Support management with daily goals, team accountability, and shift performance
