Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Associate Marriage and Family Therapist to join our mental health team. Duties
- Conduct marriage and family therapy sessions to address relational and individual challenges.

- Facilitate couples therapy sessions aimed at improving communication, resolving conflicts, and strengthening relationships.
- Develop and implement effective counseling interventions based on client assessments.
- Engage in ongoing clinical documentation to accurately record client progress, treatment plans, and session notes.
- Maintain clear and compassionate communication with clients to foster a trusting therapeutic environment.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed to ensure comprehensive client care.
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards established by licensing boards and organizational policies.
