We’re currently hiring Four full-time/part-time tow truck operators for our second shift.
What We’re Looking For:
- Punctuality and professionalism.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and respectable truck.
- Ability to pass a drug screening and background check.
- A valid driver’s license (MUST be 21 years old for insurance purposes).
- Experience is preferred, but we’re happy to provide paid training to the right candidates.

Ability to:
- Provide emergency roadside services such as towing, extractions, flat tires.
- Provide lockout, jumpstart, out of fuel calls.
- Work in all weather conditions
- Work a flexible schedule due to workload
- Lift, bent, sit, and stand, multiple times a day
- Able to lift 50 pounds occasionally.
Expectations:
- Be punctual
- Come to work in uniform
- Have basic knowledge of the twin cities
- Ability to use a cell phone or tablet to receive service calls.
- Complete paperwork thoroughly for office personnel
- Have Customer Service skills.
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid MN drivers license
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass a pre employment drug test along with random testing
