What You’ll Do:
As a Teacher with KinderCare, you’ll:
- Create a warm, welcoming classroom where infants and toddlers feel safe to explore and grow.
- Bring learning to life using our curriculum and your own creativity.
- Build relationships with children, families, and teammates that make every day meaningful.
- Celebrate milestones and support each child’s unique journey.
What We’re Looking For:
- A genuine love for working with children ages 0–12, experience a plus, but we will provide PAID, on-the-job training and offer FREE CDA program!
- Great customer service skills—you care about people and it shows
- Strong relationship-building skills with families, kids, and coworkers
- A desire to grow your career in a supportive, purpose-driven environment
- 18 years of age or older with High School Diploma or equivalent required, college courses or credits in Early Childhood Education a plus, but we offer tuition reimbursement!
- 21 years of age or older with High School Diploma or equivalent and good driving record if you'd like to also drive the school van!
