We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Restaurant Manager to lead our vibrant dining establishment. Duties
- Lead and supervise all restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and kitchen management to ensure smooth daily functioning.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to build a motivated and efficient team capable of providing outstanding customer service.
- Oversee inventory control and food safety management to minimize waste and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation.
- Monitor restaurant performance through profit and loss analysis, budgeting, and implementing strategies to maximize revenue.
- Ensure adherence to food handling standards, sanitation protocols, and safety procedures across all departments.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Conduct interviews and participate in hiring processes to select qualified team members aligned with the restaurant’s standards.
- Coordinate shift management activities to optimize service flow during busy hours while maintaining quality standards.
- Support catering, banquet events, or special functions as needed to diversify revenue streams.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurant management or casual dining environments with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management with culinary experience preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling is essential.
- Demonstrated ability in inventory control, food safety management, and managing hospitality teams effectively.
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel experience is advantageous.
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of team training & development, supervising staff, and managing hospitality teams.
- Knowledge of food industry standards including food handling, safety regulations, and quality assurance practices.
- Ability to analyze profit & loss statements and develop strategies for operational improvement.
- Strong communication skills with experience in interviewing candidates and managing diverse teams.
