WHAT YOU'LL DO
This is a field-based canvassing role where you'll spend your day working in local neighborhoods, introducing Restoration Roofing to homeowners, identifying potential roofing needs, and scheduling inspections for our sales team.
Responsibilities include:
- Canvassing residential neighborhoods and speaking with homeowners.
- Starting professional conversations about roofing concerns and storm damage.
- Scheduling roof inspection appointments.
- Conducting basic roof inspections as your training progresses.
- Educating homeowners on roofing solutions and the restoration process.
- Following up with customers throughout their project.
- Maintaining accurate CRM notes and activity records.
- Participating in ongoing sales training and professional development.
Success in this role comes from consistency, strong communication, and a positive attitude while meeting homeowners face to face each day.
