As a senior sales leader overseeing and driving success within your region, you will be required to drive growth across established markets for a leading provider of building technologies. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in the field—coaching sales teams, developing strategic customer relationships, expanding service and project revenue, and taking ownership of market performance.
MUST HAVE:
- Proven success leading high-performing sales teams in BAS/BMS, HVAC Controls, MEP, or a related commercial construction industry.

Demonstrated ability to grow revenue by developing strategic accounts, coaching sales professionals, and driving pipeline execution.

Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to spend significant time in the field alongside the sales team.
NICE TO HAVE:

Experience scaling or rebuilding sales organizations in growth or turnaround environments.

Existing relationships with owners, contractors, consultants, or end users within commercial construction or facility solutions markets.

Background selling both service agreements and construction/project solutions.
