- Ensure every assigned patient task has a clear status, next action, owner, and target completion date
- Monitor MD360 dashboards for overdue, stalled, unassigned, and high-priority cases — including patients with surgery recommended, or authorization approved, but not yet scheduled
- Ensure follow-up protocols are completed for hard-to-reach patients
- Escalate clinical questions to the appropriate physician or clinical team
- Identify and resolve insurance authorization, scheduling, clearance, and patient-coordination barriers

- Work with leadership and the MD360 development team to improve workflows, automation, AI-agent utilization, and reporting
- Identify recurring causes of patient drop-off and develop process improvements
- Maintain high standards of patient service, professionalism, privacy, and compliance

- Experience in spine surgery, neurosurgery, orthopedic surgery, interventional pain management, or another high-volume surgical specialty strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of surgical scheduling, insurance authorization, medical clearance, diagnostic testing, and patient follow-up
- Experience working with EHR, CRM, task-management, or patient-tracking systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage a large patient pipeline and prioritize time-sensitive cases
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with KPIs and performance dashboards
- Excellent patient communication and service-recovery skills
- Strong leadership, coaching, accountability, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required for candidates with substantial relevant experience

- Overdue Task Control
- Known Patient Status and Next Action
- Manager Escalation Task Completion
