About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated CNC Machining Specialist to join our precision manufacturing team. In this role, you will ensure high-quality output by operating established CNC Swiss and lathe equipment, performing critical inspections, and maintaining optimal production efficiency.
Responsibilities-
Execute production runs on CNC Swiss and lathe machines by following established setup protocols.

Maximize machine uptime by monitoring coolant levels, chip management, and raw material replenishment.

Ensure part integrity by conducting routine in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and thread gauges.

Perform precise tool offsets and routine changes to maintain dimensional accuracy throughout the shift.

Document production data and quality results accurately within our manufacturing software systems.

Collaborate with setup technicians and quality teams to resolve production bottlenecks and improve output consistency.

Maintain a safe, organized workspace by adhering to all industrial safety standards and housekeeping procedures.
Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with CNC turning or Swiss-style machining.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical blueprints and work instructions.

Demonstrated ability to use precision measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers.

Strong mechanical aptitude and basic mathematical skills.

Reliable attendance and the ability to stand for extended periods during production shifts.

Prior experience operating bar feeders in a high-volume environment.

Familiarity with ERP or manufacturing execution software like JobBOSS.

Proven track record of success in a fast-paced precision manufacturing setting.
