Position Summary:
The Scheduler position is responsible for developing, managing, and adjusting the production schedules for multiple departments including cables, boards, electromechanical, and miscellaneous assemblies. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that manufacturing timelines align with sales order requirements and overall operational goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Due to the nature of this position onsite regular attendance is required.
· Maintain daily oversight and accuracy of the SMT (Surface Mount Technology) schedule.
· Develop, update, and monitor production schedules to align with manufacturing capabilities and sales order deadlines.
· Release work orders in a timely manner based on material availability, labor capacity, and production readiness.
· Coordinate closely with Production, Supply Chain, and Program Managers to address and resolve supply, demand, and capacity challenges.
· Proactively communicate schedule changes, material shortages, or other disruptions affecting production.
· Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy between ERP and MES systems (minimum weekly).
· Track and resolve any delayed work or sales orders to support timely project completion.
· Identify and implement process improvements for enhanced scheduling efficiency.
· Performs all other duties as assigned.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
