Responsibilities
- Operate and oversee claw arcade machines to ensure proper functioning and fair play
- Assist guests with game instructions and troubleshoot technical issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the arcade area, including equipment and surrounding spaces
- Enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff
- Manage cash transactions and process payments using POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve conflicts professionally, and provide exceptional customer service
- Support event management activities during special promotions or tournaments at the arcade
- Promote a fun, welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and positive guest interactions
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service roles is highly desirable
- Background in event venue management or hospitality enhances your ability to engage guests effectively
- Experience working with children or in entertainment environments is a plus
- Familiarity with cash handling, POS systems, and manual handling procedures is preferred
