Lawn & Ornamental Spray Technician (Full-Time)
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Lawn & Ornamental Spray Technician to join our team. In this role, you will perform fertilizer and treatment applications for lawns, shrubs, palms, and other landscape plants across both residential and commercial properties.
Schedule
- Full-time position
- Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Occasional Friday or Saturday work may be required due to weather-related scheduling adjustments
Responsibilities
- Apply fertilizers and landscape treatments according to company standards and label requirements
- Service assigned residential and commercial routes
- Monitor landscape health and identify common turf and ornamental issues
- Maintain accurate service records
- Operate and maintain application equipment safely and professionally
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and remain active throughout the workday
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous Lawn & Ornamental (L&O) experience
- Familiarity with Florida turfgrasses and landscape plants
- Knowledge of common insect, disease, and turf management practices
- Experience with fertilizer and landscape treatment applications
Previous experience is preferred but not required. We provide training for candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic, professionalism, and a willingness to learn. Candidates with golf course spray application experience are encouraged to apply.
