Full Time Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) - Cardiac Electrophysiology
We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our growing Arrhythmia care team. You will be the backbone of our clinic, partnering directly with our physician to provide exceptional patient care and ensure our daily operations run seamlessly
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

Patient Intake: Greet patients, record accurate medical histories, and measure vital signs (ECG, blood pressure, pulse, temperature).

Clinical Prep: Prepare exam rooms, ensure sanitation protocols, and sterilize medical instruments between patient visits.

Procedure Assistance: Assist providers with minor examinations, wound care, and in-office procedures.

Medical Assistant Duties: New patient and procedure scheduling including EMR data management, prior authorizations, chart check and phone triage.

Administrative Tasks: Update Electronic Health Records (EHR) accurately, schedule appointments, and queue prescriptions.
Qualifications & Requirements

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Certification: Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program and active CMA, RMA, or CCMA certification preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical or healthcare setting experience strongly preferred.

Skills: Proficiency with EHR systems, strong medical terminology knowledge, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Certifications: Current BLS or CPR certification

Pay Range: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour (depending on experience, certifications and performance accuracy during 90 day probation).
