Core Aesthetic is a modern medical aesthetics practice focused on delivering exceptional patient experiences through advanced injectables, regenerative medicine, hormone optimization, weight loss, laser treatments, and medical-grade skincare.
We're looking for someone who loves people, enjoys being part of a fast-paced environment, has an eye for aesthetics, and wants to grow with an expanding practice.
This is not simply a receptionist position. You'll become one of the faces of our brand while helping deliver a luxury experience from the moment a patient walks through our doors.
What You'll Do
Patient Experience
- Welcome every patient with warmth and professionalism
- Check patients in and out
- Schedule appointments and optimize provider schedules
- Collect payments and explain memberships/packages
- Answer phones, texts, and patient inquiries
- Maintain a five-star patient experience
Clinical Support
- Room patients for providers
- Prepare treatment rooms
- Assist providers during procedures when needed
- Clean and restock treatment rooms
- Maintain clinical supplies and inventory
- Photograph before-and-after treatment results
- Ensure OSHA and infection control standards are followed
Operations
- Manage daily opening and closing procedures
- Monitor inventory and place supply orders
- Coordinate package tracking and deliveries
- Assist with vendor communication
- Help maintain organization throughout the practice
- Support special events and wellness workshops
Social Media & Marketing
- Capture behind-the-scenes content daily
- Photograph treatments and patient transformations
- Film Instagram Reels and Stories
- Assist with provider content creation
- Coordinate before-and-after galleries
- Help maintain our social media content calendar
- Work with our marketing team to grow the Core Aesthetic brand

Preferred Qualifications
- Medical Assistant certification preferred (not required with relevant experience)
- Experience working in a medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, cosmetic dentistry, or aesthetic practice
- Experience using Aesthetic Record or similar EMR
- Experience scheduling patients
- Strong customer service background
- Comfortable using Instagram, TikTok, Canva, and CapCut
- Photography and videography experience is a plus
