Job Summary
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and outstanding service throughout their stay. You will handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out processes.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and payment transactions accurately.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
What We're Looking For
- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management software (preferred but not required)
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous hotel or customer service experience is a plus but not required-we are willing to train the right candidate!

Work Remotely
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
