Who we're looking for:
You're the tech other techs bring their head-scratchers to. You love chasing down a gremlin, you trust your process, and you can flat-out run at an A level. Electrical and driveability don't intimidate you — they're your favorite part.
What you'll do:
- Diagnose driveability, electrical, and systems issues on domestic + import vehicles
- Knock out clean, thorough digital vehicle inspections (we're paperless on tablets)
- Fix it right the first time — that's the standard
- Work alongside our service advisor and remote diagnostic support to keep jobs flowing
What you bring:
- 3–5 years of hands-on diagnostic/repair experience
- Strong electrical + driveability skills
- ASE certs? Love to see it — but not a dealbreaker if you've got the skills
- Your own tools + a valid driver's license and clean record (we run a loaner fleet)
- A good attitude and a team-first mindset
What we bring:
- Flat-rate pay with a tiered plan — $30–$42/flat rate, based on experience and certifications — plus incentives when we hit our numbers (yes, that includes team steak dinners when we crush a sales goal)
