We are seeking an experienced HOA Property Manager to join our growing team. This full-time position is responsible for managing homeowner associations, working with board members, and ensuring communities operate smoothly and efficiently.The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and an excellent communicator who can manage multiple priorities and build strong relationships with boards, homeowners, and vendors.Responsibilities include:
- Managing day-to-day operations of assigned homeowner associations
- Communicating with board members, homeowners, and vendors
- Attending board meetings and following up on action items
- Coordinating maintenance, repairs, and projects
- Responding to homeowner inquiries and resolving issues
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of HOA or property management experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities
- Professional and customer-service oriented
