Licensed Barber or Cosmetologist
Buddies Barbershop is looking for a talented, personable, and community-minded Barber or Cosmetologist to join our team.

The Role
As a Barber or Cosmetologist at Buddies, you will provide high-quality haircuts, grooming, and styling services while building strong, lasting relationships with your clients. You'll be part of a collaborative team where professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude are just as important as technical skill.
What We're Looking For
Current New Mexico Barber or Cosmetology license in good standing
3 years of experience
Available to work on weekends
Strong technical skills and attention to detail
A genuine interest in grooming, style, and personal presentation
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Comfortable working with a diverse range of clients, hair types, styles, and identities
Professional, dependable, and respectful
Willingness to continue learning and developing your craft
A positive attitude and a genuine interest in creating a welcoming environment
