What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns according to site protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the interior areas, entrances, and perimeter of the location to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.

Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and communicate with site contacts regarding security-related concerns and/or operational issues.

Support day-to-day operations by maintaining a visible presence, providing directions and assistance, and following Allied Universal standards and client site expectations.
Minimum Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years of security-related experience is required.

Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.

A state, county, and/or city issued security license is preferred.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
