WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
This is a sales position focused on helping homeowners understand potential roofing needs. You will work alongside experienced team members while developing the communication and sales skills needed to advance.
- Meet with homeowners in areas where roofing needs may be present
- Help customers understand inspection findings and available solutions
- Coordinate complimentary inspections with experienced roofing specialists
- Assist homeowners as they navigate questions about the repair or replacement process
- Participate in regular coaching and training sessions to strengthen your skills

EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH
Training Phase: $500-$750 per week in paid training
Sales Representative: $6,000-$12,000 per month
Roofing Specialist: $9,000-$18,000 per month
Sales Manager: $250,000+ annually
Regional Manager: $350,000+ annually
