Join a Growing Medicare Advantage Agency
We are seeking experienced, motivated, and bilingual (English/Spanish) Medicare Health Insurance Agents to join our rapidly growing team. Agents will be assigned dedicated physician offices to educate Medicare beneficiaries and assist with Medicare Advantage enrollments.
Responsibilities
- Educate Medicare beneficiaries on Medicare Advantage plan options.
- Conduct compliant Medicare Advantage enrollments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned physician offices and staff.
- Follow all CMS and carrier compliance guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after enrollment.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and enrollments.
Qualifications
Required:
- Active Florida 2-40 or 2-15 Health Insurance License.
- Current AHIP Certification.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently.
- Maintain strong relationships with providers and members.
- Active appointments with all of the following Medicare Advantage carriers: Solis Health Plans, UnitedHealthcare, Humana, CarePlus, Doctors HealthCare Plans, Simply Healthcare, Devoted Health, WellCare, Aetna Medicare, and HealthSpring (Cigna).
Preferred Experience
- Previous Medicare Advantage sales experience.
- Existing relationships with provider offices are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of CMS Medicare marketing guidelines.
