Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Front House Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. In this vital role, you will oversee daily front-of-house operations, manage staff, and uphold the highest standards of customer service and food safety. Responsibilities
- Supervise front-of-house staff, including training, coaching, and development to ensure top-tier service delivery
- Oversee shift management, ensuring smooth operations during busy hours while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlist procedures to optimize guest flow and minimize wait times
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, including cash handling and reconciliation
- Maintain inventory control for front-of-house supplies and coordinate with kitchen management for food presentation and service quality
- Enforce food safety standards and hygiene protocols in compliance with health regulations
- Lead staff hiring processes, conduct interviews, and support onboarding to build a strong team culture
- Collaborate with kitchen management on food presentation, timing, and overall guest experience in casual dining or fine dining environments
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business
- Assist with budgeting, staffing schedules, and operational planning to meet business goals
Experience
- Proven supervisory or management experience within a quick service or fast food restaurant environment
- Extensive background in food preparation, cooking, or food handling with a focus on quality standards
- Demonstrated expertise in restaurant management systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
- Strong background in customer service excellence within hospitality settings including casual dining or fine dining experiences
- Experience supervising staff training, development programs, and team management initiatives
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production and catering services
- Prior experience with inventory control, budgeting, shift management, and restaurant operations management
- Hospitality industry background with additional experience in hotel or bar settings is advantageous
- Skilled in interviewing candidates and building effective teams through training & development efforts

Pay: $48,947.59 - $58,947.63 per year
