CNC Machinist / Operator

This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position with room for growth for the right individual.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, adjust, and operate CNC machinery to perform precision machining operations.
- Monitor machine performance and output to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, or engineering specifications.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with the team to meet production deadlines and continuously improve processes.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of CNC machining/operating experience.
- Tools: Possession of basic personal machinist tools is highly preferred/helpful.
- Mindset: Strong work ethic, eager to learn, and a true team player.
- Reliability: Must have dependable transportation and a solid attendance record.
- Policy: Strict No-Drug Policy. (Must be able to pass a drug screen).
