Our original recipes are made in-house, so you can take pride in everything we serve.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Front of House Manager to join our team at Spring Hill. This is a full-time, salaried leadership role focused on driving hospitality, team development, and operational excellence.

What We’re Looking For
- Strong leadership presence with a passion for hospitality
- Ability to develop, coach, and motivate front-of-house team members
- High attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence
- Previous restaurant management experience preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage front-of-house operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience
- Coach and develop team members, fostering a positive and high-performing culture
- Maintain service standards in alignment with Aubrey’s commitment to excellence
- Oversee scheduling, floor execution, and daily operations
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and professionalism throughout the restaurant
- Collaborate with kitchen leadership to ensure smooth and efficient service
Requirements
- At least 2 years of Proven leadership skills in a full service restaurant environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- A positive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Commitment to team success and guest satisfaction
