Responsibilities include:
- Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions
- Manage scheduling, client communications, and workflow coordination
- Assist with onboarding and support of staff members
- Maintain office organization, supplies, and internal procedures
- Coordinate with partners and accounting staff to ensure deadlines are met
- Handle confidential client information with professionalism and discretion
- Assist with billing, document management, and other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous office management or administrative experience required
- Experience in an accounting, tax or professional services firm preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office technology
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail
