Responsibilities
Lead the Healthcare P&L
- Own the full P&L for the Healthcare vertical.
- Drive revenue growth, profit, and cost control.
- Build strong yearly and quarterly plans.
- Track performance to ensure high delivery quality and happy clients.
Grow the Business
- Lead new client acquisition in providers, payers, and life sciences.
- Build and run go-to-market plans for:
- Digital transformation & cloud
- Data analytics, AI/ML, insights
- EHR/EMR modernisation
- Revenue cycle and automation
- Build strong C-suite relationships (CIO, CTO, CMIO, VP-IT, Digital Health).
- Grow the pipeline and close high-value deals.
Delivery Excellence
- Oversee all healthcare projects for quality, timelines, and budget.
- Partner with solution and delivery teams to meet SLAs and compliance.
- Set clear governance, reviews, and escalation paths.
- Ensure full compliance with healthcare and data privacy rules.
Lead and Develop the Team
- Guide and inspire account managers, delivery leaders, and solution architects.
- Hire and grow top talent across the vertical.
- Build a culture of trust, innovation, and teamwork.
- Set KPIs and track performance and engagement.
Drive Market and Offering Strategy
- Stay updated on US healthcare trends and regulations.
- Work with product and practice teams to build new service offerings.
- Represent the business at events, forums, and client summits.
- Build strategic partnerships with ISVs, cloud partners, and other ecosystem players.
Qualifications
Must Have
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Healthcare Administration, or similar. MBA preferred.
- 15 to 18+ years in IT services or consulting, with 7+ years in healthcare leadership.
- Strong experience owning P&L of $10M+ and delivering growth.
- Deep knowledge of the US healthcare space providers, payers, life sciences, and regulations.
- Proven success in growing accounts and winning large deals.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
- Knowledge of telehealth, value-based care, and healthcare analytics.
- Experience managing digital, cloud, infrastructure, and AI/ML services.
- Strong experience leading global, cross-border teams.
- Executive-level presence with the ability to influence CXOs.
