Job description
Seeking experienced Project Management candidates for project(s) in Las Vegas, Nevada. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager working with Commercial and Industrial Mechanical projects. Salary DOE (range $85,000-$110,000).
Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
· Manages and supervises all phases of assigned project(s).
· Coordination and oversight of (non-field) Site Personnel.
· Coordination with other Trades/Contractors.
· Prepare and manage schedules.
· Coordination and implementation of Change orders.
· Negotiate all change orders and maintain change order logs.
· Manages project budget and manage site expenses.
· Contract Administration.
· Coordination of subcontractors.
· Interface with the owner on all projects assigned.
· Oversight and implementation of quality control.
· Assemble and maintain complete project records and close out documents.
· Perform project punch-list inspection(s), in coordination with superintendent and the owner’s representative, and issue punch list to all relevant subcontractors.
Job Requirements
· Solid Communication both verbal and written.
· Ability to establish schedules budgets.
· Experience in negotiating.
· Ability to multi-task.
· Ability to lead productive, multi-discipline meetings.
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Primavera, AutoCAD (Not Required) and any project required software.
· Solid, proven and verifiable record of career stability and project management success a must.
· OSHA 10 required and general knowledge of EH&S regulations.
· Experience: 5 years’ experience as a Mechanical Project Manager with projects larger than 1 Million dollars.
