We are seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide high-quality nursing care to our residents at Hallmark's - Fayette Nursing and Rehab Center.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor resident health and report any changes or concerns
- Collaborate with Registered Nurses (RNs) and care teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of resident care
Qualifications:
- Active LPN license in Maryland for 1 year.
- Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
