Compensation: $105,000 - $135,000 Salary + Profit Sharing & Performance Incentives

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and relationship-driven Senior Sheet Metal & Wall Panel Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the successful execution of projects from turnover through closeout, including procurement, scheduling, budgeting, change order management, customer communication, and overall project profitability.
Key Responsibilities
· Project Execution: Manage projects from turnover through final completion while maintaining schedule, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction.
· Procurement Management: Purchase materials, equipment, and subcontracted work while managing lead times and fabrication schedules.
· Schedule Management: Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules.
· Financial Management: Track project costs, forecasting, labor productivity, and profitability.
· Change Order Management: Identify, price, negotiate, and track change orders.
· Client & Team Coordination: Maintain relationships with GCs, Owners, Architects, Consultants, and Field Personnel.
· Contract Administration: Manage submittals, RFIs, closeout documents, warranties, and project documentation.
· Project Closeout: Coordinate punch list completion, final acceptance, and financial closeout.
Qualifications & Skills
· 5 to 10+ years of Project Management experience involving architectural sheet metal, ACM/MCM panels, metal wall panels, rainscreen systems, exterior cladding systems, and building envelope construction.
· Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and project requirements.
· Proficiency with Bluebeam, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, ERP systems, and related project management software.
· Strong leadership, negotiation, organization, and relationship-building skills.
· Strong understanding of project budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability management.
· Valid Driver's License.
