Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and drive sustainable growth. As a key member of the executive team, the CFO will oversee all financial activities, including accounting, reporting, risk management, treasury functions, and strategic planning. Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee all accounting functions including corporate accounting, governmental accounting, non-profit accounting, and technical accounting standards such as IAS (International Accounting Standards) and IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).
- Manage financial reporting processes, ensuring accurate preparation and interpretation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and other regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk analysis and implement risk management strategies to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Supervise treasury management activities including cash flow analysis, investment management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and balance sheet reconciliation.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and cost management initiatives to optimize financial performance.
- Support strategic planning efforts by providing insightful financial analysis, profit & loss assessments, and revenue management strategies to inform decision-making.
- Oversee audit processes and ensure adherence to regulatory reporting standards such as ASC 606 (Revenue Recognition) and other applicable compliance mandates.
- Lead a high-performing finance team by fostering leadership development, promoting best practices in financial software utilization, and ensuring accurate financial report writing.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance executive with extensive knowledge of IAS, IFRS, GAAP, and governmental accounting standards.
- Strong background in corporate finance, risk analysis, treasury management, and strategic planning.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial statement preparation, interpretation of complex financial reports, and account analysis.
- Proficiency in financial software systems combined with excellent skills in balance sheet reconciliation and general ledger accounting.
- Deep understanding of cost accounting principles such as cost control and cost management techniques.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a focus on team development and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills for clear financial report writing and presentation to stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to navigate regulatory environments effectively while maintaining compliance management standards.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
