Site Superintendent

We're seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee day-to-day field operations on commercial and heavy construction projects. If you're a hands-on leader who excels at managing crews, coordinating subcontractors, and delivering projects safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards, we'd like to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Lead all daily construction site operations from start to finish.
- Supervise field crews, subcontractors, equipment, and material deliveries.
- Partner with the Project Manager to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
- Ensure work complies with plans, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate site layout with survey teams as needed.
- Conduct daily site inspections and maintain project documentation.
- Enforce OSHA and company safety standards, lead toolbox talks, and serve as the Competent Person on site.
- Coordinate manpower and equipment needs while resolving field issues quickly and effectively.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (trade school preferred).
- 5+ years of construction superintendent or field leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, OSHA regulations, and building codes.
- Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; construction management software experience is a plus.
- OSHA 30 Certification required.
- GPS Rover experience preferred.
Physical Requirements
This position is performed on active construction sites and requires working outdoors in all weather conditions. Candidates must be able to stand, walk, climb, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds while wearing required PPE.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $156,000.00 per year
