Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to support precision manufacturing operations for aerospace, medical, and tight-tolerance components. This position is responsible for machine setup, operation, in-process inspection, and maintaining high quality standards in a regulated manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has strong setup experience, understands GD&T, and is comfortable working with complex precision parts.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years CNC machining experience preferred
- Strong CNC setup experience on mills and/or lathes
- Experience machining tight-tolerance aerospace or medical components
- Solid understanding of GD&T and blueprint interpretation
- Ability to hold close tolerances consistently
- Experience using precision inspection equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Commitment to quality and continuous improvement
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with multi-axis machining
- Familiarity with stainless steel, titanium, Inconel, aluminum, and engineering plastics
- Experience in AS9100 or ISO-regulated environments
- Knowledge of first article inspection processes
- Experience with high-mix, low-volume precision machining
- Understanding of tooling selection and cutting parameters
Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
