What You'll Do
As an HVAC Maintenance Technician, you'll perform preventative maintenance, system checks, and basic service work on residential HVAC systems while delivering a high-quality customer experience. You'll play a key role in keeping systems running efficiently and helping customers maintain their equipment.

What You Bring

Some HVAC experience (maintenance or service preferred)

Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record

Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

Ability to safely use tools, ladders, and equipment

Strong work ethic and reliability

Good communication skills with customers and team members

EPA Certification (preferred, not required)
Schedule
Monday-Friday, typically 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM. Flexible scheduling with rotating on-call as needed
