We are looking for a reliable Landscape Estimator/Project Manager who will provide accurate information when bidding and managing landscape projects. You will work on landscape projects from the beginning to the end of the project.
You should be very comfortable with numbers and analytical activities. You should have great attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
You need to be able to create accurate quantity takeoffs in Bluebeam or Adobe, and obtain and evaluate pricing for materials(research local materials pricing), equipment and subcontractors. Prepare estimates for proposals with company estimating format and that meet the specifications and deadlines as laid out in the bid documents, ensuring that bids and proposals are accurate, complete and competitive. Assist field personnel in preparing and presenting change-orders to customers, ensuring completeness and accuracy in all work. Complete and organize submittals, as-builds and close-out documents in a timely manner
Qualifications Requirements
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Auto CAD and Adobe. Irrigation design experience a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills, organization skills. Must be a self-starter, motivated person
