Butterfly Pediatric Therapy is expanding our interdisciplinary team to include pediatric psychology services. We’re seeking a licensed Clinical Psychologist who is passionate about understanding the whole child and enjoys collaborating with occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, physical therapists, educators, and families.
This is an opportunity to help build a comprehensive pediatric developmental center where children receive integrated, evidence-based care under one roof.
What You’ll Do
Depending on your interests and expertise, responsibilities may include:
- Comprehensive autism evaluations
- ADHD evaluations
- Cognitive and psychoeducational assessments
- Diagnostic clarification for developmental differences
- Parent consultations and feedback sessions
- Individual therapy for anxiety, emotional regulation, executive functioning, and behavioral concerns
- School consultation and collaboration with community providers
- Participation in interdisciplinary case conferences

Qualifications
- Doctorate (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology.
- Licensed Psychologist in Washington (or license eligible).
- Experience evaluating children and adolescents.
- Experience with autism, ADHD, developmental disabilities, or learning differences preferred.
- ADOS-2 training strongly preferred.
- Experience administering standardized cognitive and diagnostic assessments preferred.

Pay: $115,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
