Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound sales calls in timely manner
- Schedule Sales Appointments in appropriate scheduling tool
- Check and follow up on voicemails
- Check and follow up on text messages
- Actively listens to guests concerns with empathy and advocacy
- Handle incoming leads for sales via email
- Follow up on missed appointments
- Hit monthly metrics for calls, text messages, and show percentage
- Follows all safety protocols
- Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned

Requirements:
- Deliver a premium customer experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Handle phone, internet, and computer-based tasks efficiently while following scripts, templates, and dealership processes.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment, adapt to changing priorities, and demonstrate professionalism and reliability.
- Automotive industry experience is a plus, along with the ability to sit for extended periods and perform regular computer-based tasks such as typing and filing.
