All Haul in One Property Service, LLC is looking for a dependable team member to help repair and replace residential and commercial garage doors while assisting with a variety of other property service needs. No two days are the same. In addition to garage door work, you'll have opportunities to assist with property maintenance, apartment turnovers, temporary leasing office coverage, and other tasks that help our customers and property management partners.

QUALIFICATIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must show up to work on time and ready to work hard (starting at 8:00 AM)
- Maintain a positive attitude and work well as part of a team
- Repair, service, and replace residential and commercial garage doors and openers
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and recommend appropriate solutions
- Safely use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and other equipment
- Communicate professionally with customers, property managers, and team members throughout each job
- Use our company app to manage your schedule, document completed work, and fulfill assigned jobs
- Perform property service tasks as needed, including apartment turnovers, temporary leasing office assistance, and general maintenance
- Check in regularly throughout the day with your supervisor for additional assignments
- Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and care for company tools and equipment
REQUIREMENTS:
- Mechanical aptitude and experience with garage door repair, installation, or a related trade preferred
- Ability to safely lift 75+ pounds
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred
- Must be drug free
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Willingness to learn new skills and assist with a variety of property service tasks

Pay: $25.00 per hour (DOE)
Expected hours: 1–30 per week
