Carwash Attendant (PT Weekend)
Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Part-Time Carwash Attendant to join our team on weekends. This role involves providing excellent customer service, guiding customers' vehicles, selling monthly deals, and maintaining cleanliness in the self-service vacuum area. The ideal candidate will be approachable, reliable, and committed to ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them as they arrive at the carwash facility
- Guide vehicles safely through the wash process, ensuring smooth operations
- Promote and sell monthly service deals to customers to enhance their experience and loyalty
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the self-service vacuum area, ensuring it is tidy and fully operational
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions or concerns professionally and courteously
- Assist with other general duties related to the upkeep of the carwash as needed
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to guide vehicles safely and efficiently
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with customers
- Reliable and punctual, especially for weekend shifts
- Basic understanding of cleaning and maintenance tasks preferred but not required
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus but not mandatory
