Duties
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records.
- Verify patient information and insurance eligibility.
- Assist the optometrist with pre-testing procedures, such as visual fields and retinal images
- Educate patients on proper contact lens handling and maintenance.
- Process orders contact lenses.
- Maintain inventory of optical supplies.
- Process payments, prepare invoices, and handle insurance claims when applicable.
- Keep the optical dispensary clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Ensure compliance with privacy, safety, and infection control procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient questions and resolving concerns.
Experience
- Minimum prior experience of at least 1 years with experience in customer service roles within optometry office is required

Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
