Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Truck Driver to join our team located in Westbury, New York and Servicing the Tri- State Area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, attention to detail, and the ability to handle heavy lifting and moving tasks. Experience in commercial driving and warehouse operations is highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Operate box trucks and other commercial vehicles for delivery purposes.
- Load and unload cargo using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques.
- Follow designated routes for timely deliveries while adhering to traffic regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of mileage and fuel usage.
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions with clients at delivery locations.
- Ensure the vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and in compliance with safety standards.
- Assist with warehouse duties as needed, including inventory management and organization.
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) is preferred; experience with manual transmission is a plus.
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Experience in warehouse operations, including loading/unloading procedures.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks as required by the job.
- Familiarity with route driving and navigation systems is beneficial.
- DOT Medical Manadorty

Pay: $45,500.00 - $65,000.00 per year
