LIVE Sales Host – Beauty Brand | $24/hr + Commission
Love being on camera and know how to sell without sounding like you're selling?
Olla Bella is looking for an energetic, confident LIVE Sales Host to demonstrate our hair tools, interact with viewers, and help drive sales during LIVE shopping sessions across multiple social and e-commerce platforms.
Starting Pay: $22/hour + commission on sales
Schedule: Part-time, approximately 2–4 hours per day to start, with the opportunity to grow as LIVE sales increase
THIS IS AN ON-CAMERA LIVE HOSTING POSITION
This is not a social media management or behind-the-scenes content creation position.
You will be responsible for hosting Olla Bella LIVE shopping sessions across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and other social/e-commerce channels.
What You'll Do
- Host LIVE shopping sessions for approximately 2–4 hours per day
- Demonstrate Olla Bella hair tools live on camera
- Learn product features, benefits, pricing, and promotions
- Engage with viewers and answer questions in real time
- Naturally encourage viewers to shop and help drive sales
- Prepare products and set up the LIVE area before each session
- Keep each LIVE energetic, entertaining, and engaging
- Maintain a reliable and consistent LIVE schedule
- Adapt your hosting style to different platforms and audiences
Who We're Looking For
- Confident and comfortable on camera
- Outgoing, energetic, and naturally engaging
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable talking and presenting for extended periods
- Sales-minded and motivated by commission
- Interested in beauty, hair, fashion, or social media
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent
- Able to learn products quickly and explain them naturally
Previous experience with LIVE selling, livestream shopping, social media, beauty, retail sales, hosting, or other on-camera work is a plus, but not required.
Compensation & Growth
$24/hour + commission on sales
This position will start at approximately 2–4 hours per day, with the opportunity for additional hours and earning potential as our LIVE sales channels grow.
VIDEO AUDITION REQUIRED
A video submission is required to be considered for this position.
Please submit a 30–60 second video pretending you are hosting a LIVE shopping session and selling a beauty or hair product.
You may use any product you already have.
No professional editing or production is necessary. We want to see your personality, confidence, energy, communication style, and ability to naturally sell a product on camera.
Applications without the required video will not be considered.
