Job description:
Responsibilities:
- Preferred maintenance or construction background .
-Basic drywall patches, strong painting experience and skills required, light carpentry and plumbing knowledge such as removing a toilet and installing wax ring, fix dripping faucet needed.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on guest rooms and buildings.
- Assemble items and install as needed. You are required to bring basic tools to work.
-Track work orders, schedule preventive maintenance, and manage inventory
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a maintenance role. Able to easily walk up and down stairs and
lift 50 pounds. Active driver's license and vehicle use during business hours needed.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance techniques and procedures.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
