We are the only upscale spa in Bozeman offering exclusive natural nail services in a clean-beauty, no-chemical environment with rigorous disinfection standards. Our team stays — people build careers here. We're looking for our next long-term team member, whether you're an experienced manicurist or a new graduate ready to begin.
What You'll Do
Provide manicures, pedicures, and natural nail services using high-quality professional products in a clean, calm environment. Build relationships with our established and growing clientele. Maintain the disinfection and sanitation standards that have defined Indira for nearly two decades. Continue developing your craft through in-house training and mentorship from a 40-year industry leader.
Compensation Structure
Indira pays you for every hour you're in the spa — setup, breakdown, training, team meetings, and service time. Most spas only pay when you're with a client. We don't believe in that model. Your time matters, and we compensate every hour of it.
On top of that hourly baseline, you earn sliding-scale commission on services that grows with your tenure and KPIs, plus 100% of your tips. The full framework — the hourly rate, the tier structure, the benefits package, and what's achievable given your goals — is what we walk through together when you come in.
Our benefits package is actively expanding in 2026, including PTO and a healthcare contribution.
A Note on Earnings
Manicuring is a profession where income varies widely from one practitioner to the next — based on how much you want to work, how quickly you build your book, how consistently you grow your retail, and what time off looks like for you. There is no single "starting salary" that's accurate for everyone, and the broad ranges most spa listings post can be misleading in both directions.
What we can tell you honestly: our compensation architecture pays you for every hour in the spa (most don't), and our clientele backlog — currently over a month booked in advance — accelerates your ramp-up significantly compared to other spas. As your book grows and your KPIs develop, you advance through our compensation tiers with meaningful earnings growth at each stage.

Career-Changers and Aspiring Professionals
Indira offers a Montana state-approved manicurist apprenticeship with structured curriculum. You're paid hourly while you train, and you can begin advancing through our compensation tiers during the apprenticeship itself as you hit performance benchmarks. Your career is already in motion before you're licensed.
