Our client, a leader in managing integrated guest experiences and high-volume food services for cultural venues, is seeking culinary professionals for shift-based, temporary positions at premium attractions across the Tampa, Florida area. In this role, you will handle line execution by preparing, cooking, and presenting food quickly and accurately during high-volume guest rushes. You will maintain full station ownership by setting up, stocking, and cleaning your workspace to meet strict sanitation and safety standards. You will also collaborate closely with venue kitchen staff to ensure a seamless and high-quality dining experience for all guests.
Qualifications:

Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a line cook, prep cook, or caterer in a busy kitchen environment.

High speed and focus with the ability to maintain quality and portion control during peak hours.

Dependable transportation and a punctual work ethic for all selected shifts.

Active food handler certificate is highly preferred.
Job Requirements:

Must provide and wear a proper kitchen uniform and black non-slip kitchen shoes for every shift.

Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift kitchen items for the full duration of your shift.

Ability to work comfortably and efficiently in a hot, fast-paced kitchen environment.

Strict adherence to all venue safety, hygiene, and grooming policies.
